Escape into historic Hebbronville’s oldest and coolest building made of “caliche” bricks in the late 1800’s, where only the finest coffee is served in hot or cold expresso based drinks and there is always a conversation.

Traditional Coffee House
Located in the historic "Concha Sister's" Garza house on the Jim Hogg County Plaza, Cristero Coffee offers unparalleled views of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and the Franciscan's Scotus College.
Built with caliche bricks manufactured by local brick workers before the start of the last century, Cristero Coffee's building offers a unique setting to travel back to a simpler time when people were authentically kind and decor reflected the local community and not a corporate brand.
Espresso
Every coffee drink hot or cold at Cristero Coffee begins with a freshly drawn shot of espresso with the only exception being our percolator 'house' coffee and traditional Café de Olla on Sundays after Mass.
Decaffeinated coffee is also available along with a selection of tea, hot chocolate and hot apple cider.

Cristero Themed
Cristero Coffee celebrates the brave men and women of the Cristero War in Mexico during the 1920's and 30's who fought for religious freedom against the Mexican Army due to the implementation of the "Calles Law" which essentially banned the Catholic faith from being practiced openly.
Quality Coffee
No acidic fast-food or gas station coffee allowed here. Our coffee is a rich, full-bodied smooth flavored coffee with an intense aroma. We select coffee roaters with over 140 years of experience offering dark-roasted, Latin-style espresso type coffee found only in the most exclusive cafeterias of Mexico and Central America.
Latte Heaven
We offer lattes hot or cold made from fresh dairy milk, 'lactaid milk,' almond or oat milk. Most types of coffee are available from our large drink menu.
Food
We offer warm cinnamon rolls, avocado toast using only fresh avocados and a big breakfast burrito with generous portions of egg, sausage and potatoes.

Earn well above minimum wage while also taking home tips. Unlike fast food, Baristas get to know their customers, have time to talk and accommodate special requests in how your customer prefers his or her chosen beverage. Barista experience preferred but not necessary as training will be provided for the right candidates. Successful candidates will show the following capabilities;
1. Fluent in Spanish and English
2. ‘People person’ capable of creating a fantastic customer experience
3. Be available for flexible scheduling between 15 to 30 hours weekly
4. Be able to obtain food safety certification online while keeping a focus on quality and efficiency without the need for supervision
